Reviews
I was forced to buy this at $166 for my graduate work at BGSU. This is an awful tool! It requires multiple steps to upload videos and then only allows you to trim the beginning and end of the video. If the app worked, it would probably be pretty good since in theory you can upload directly to the site from the app. This does not work however. When I contacted tech support and they could not recover my video that was shot through the app, I was informed that they do not guarantee the app; only the website. The customer service was terrible. All they did was apologize. I only wanted some form of refund for all the issues that I had. That still has not happened. Youtube can do the same thing this can do and it can do it easier and for free.
Easy to use. Simple video upload and share. Allows feedback on the video by the coach or peers.
The issue, as presented by Ms. Woodruff, is that a video was not able to save to her iPhone the first time she tried our mobile app. However, Ms. Woodruff fails to mention that this problem occurred because she denied the mobile app the appropriate permission to save a video to her camera roll. As a result, when her recording was finished, the file was blocked from saving. This is why we were unable to help Ms. Woodruff recover the file. Further, the company was in direct contact with Ms. Woodruff as well as her university, and a resolution was agreed upon, contrary to information presented in this review.
