Founded in 2008, The Tutor Pages is an award-winning online hub for the private tuition industry in the UK. It contains a large directory of private tutors, and thousands of articles on private tuition topics written by tutors themselves. Examples of articles include ‘How to teach essay writing in a way that works’, ‘What’s different about the new Mathematics GCSE?’ and ‘Working with gifted children’. The website lists tutors in a large variety of subjects, ranging from maths, English and foreign languages to musical instruments, public speaking and accountancy exams.
The website also includes an acclaimed free e-book for tutors on how to become a private tutor, which was featured in the Times Educational Supplement.
