Our focus is on providing the most meaningful and efficient means to evaluate performance that emphasizes the development of the individual, and not just ranking people based on esoteric or subjective criteria.

Born out of the heart of Silicon Valley (at a Starbucks no less), the ShowEvidence team combined the progressive thinking of the Valley with deep experience in assessment to develop the first evidence-based performance assessment platform delivered through the cloud.
