You can make your own permission slip or upload your own. The email is sent to parents who can sign and pay instantly. You get an automatic updated list of who’s paid and signed ,with the addition of a emergency contact list and any other information you choose to ask for.
I am a Phys Ed teacher and use it for field trips and will use this year for my teams. This could be easily used for school fees and registration and any out of school events.
