We are the matchmaker for educators and K-12 learning institutions. Through getting to know our educator’s values and skills, we match them to institutions that will do the most to further their goals.

We specialize in 21st century schooling approaches: We serve all types of schools. However, we believe learning institutions are or will soon be focusing on fostering individualized learning. We help learning institutions make that transition by finding the right talent to implement the change.
