Called “The King of Giggle Poetry” by his fans, Bruce Lansky is the creator of the popular www.GigglePoetry.com website and author/editor of over 15 humorous poetry books that have sold over two million copies. Based in Minnesota, Bruce has performed workshops and assemblies at more than 500 elementary and middle schools from coast to coast and has been a featured speaker at scores of reading and media conferences. Equipped with his guitar and wacky sense of humor, Bruce uses rhythm, rhyme, and free verse to teach students how to write several different kinds of poems when he visits schools. His school program features interactive activities such as poetry duets, poetry races, poetry mysteries, and poetry magic.
