FastFig is ‘Math for the Web.’ On FastFig, keystrokes instantly become math symbols. FastFig functions like a Word Processor for math, users can create documents which are stored in the cloud and can be accessed anywhere. All FastFig software works in the browser, on any device.

FastFig was developed to help engineering students bypass the trials and tribulations of annoying and complex desktop software.
We have committed more than 2.5 years to making math easier for everyone. It is not a question of if, but when, math education/communication will take place exclusively online. Our software enables that transition. The drive for FastFig comes from empowering the math, science, and engineering fields with the best software possible for learning, exploration, and creation.

FastFig looks a little different now vs. how it looks in these pictures. But I like the way it enabled me to teach some basic math concepts using just normal typing skills and their app. It’s all web based too – so no install was nice.
In the current version they give you pages to work with, but still nice blank sheets to work with.
