Bookopolis

Description

Bookopolis.com is a kid-centric social network and book discovery tool that lets students connect with peers to share their love of reading. It’s like Goodreads for kids with built in teacher tools. Educators use Bookopolis to build a community of engaged readers and writers in their classroom. Students practice opinion writing through book reviews, comprehension and critical thinking through leveled book reports, and track daily reading with comments in an online reading log. Educators can easily monitor and comment on students’ written work.

Do your students need help finding their next favorite book? Try BookQuest, an interactive book discovery tool in Bookopolis where students choose their own book path to find customized recommendations that fit their reading level, style, and genre preferences. Or, let them explore curated book lists like “Readers Also Liked” or Kid Picks by grade and genre.
