Received an email informing me that my auto renewal payment couldn’t be taken, so I went online and paid by card.
When looking at my statement turns out they took the payment twice for no reason, when speaking to my bank they informed me they also tried the auto renewal payment after payment had been made.
I received a refund but incurred a transaction fee of £4.97, that they say is not their fault, go figure.
