“This is a really good app and will be a great teaching tool” – Science Teacher, Utah, USA

“Like Butterfly HD and Plants HD, the Recycle HD and Water Cycle HD apps held the attention of our younger children. The older children enjoy them often as well. I can heartily recommend all of the Sprout Labs apps.” – Curriculum Choice

Water Cycle HD is an audio visual exploration of the water cycle.

Ever wondered how clouds form? How are clouds involved in the water cycle? Why is the water cycle important? How does water move from the ocean to land and from land to the ocean?

The Water Cycle HD app will be a treat for the curious learner.

Photos and videos describe the various stages of the water cycle and its impact to life on Earth. The Did You Know section has “WOW” facts related to each stage. The Read To Me button turns on text narration.

The visual game is a fun way to test your knowledge about the water cycle. The quiz is based on Bloom’s taxonomy and is designed to test not only remembering and understanding but also applying, evaluating, and analyzing the concepts.

The content correlates to Common Core Science Standards in the USA.
