I am using ProProfs Quiz maker since 1 year to teach my students in school. I personally find it easy to use and understand. Creating quizzes is extremely easy as you get pre-defined templates. It helps in teaching complex concepts and examining the students performance. I loved it!
I subscribed to ProProfs to collect student responses for a time sensitive project. ProProfs lost 75% of my students’ responses, failed to call with a solution after promising to do so, failed to respond to my emails, and then refused to refund my subscription, even though I got no use out of the program whatsoever. Service is terrible, the tool is undependable, and the site doesn’t care. Cost me precious time and money.
