Customer Support was frankly less than desirable. I didn’t feel it was worth the investment. Interested in hearing what others think. Teachers, specifically, our language teachers, found the search function for videos not as helpful and quite tedious. I believe there was an extra fee to get our videos transcribed. We later found that we could achieve the same learning goals using Youtube’s Transcript function. Videonot.es was another great open source solution compared to this tool.
