This is a great tool to share documents, screen, whiteboard. It is capable of doing video or audio chats. Participants in the meeting can also have text chats, polls or votes. The adobe connect meetings can be private so no one else can enter your meeting without being accepted. It is a great alternative to driving for every meeting.
