Prezi Support is terrible
The renewal system is broke,
the support staff are helpless,
and the rate of response is once per day, feels like there are two people handling all the cases,
A problem drags and drags 10 days so far now
The payment has been done and no solution so far.
so in summary, you pay for renewal and you remain locked outside of the system,
The best solution provided so far was … create a new profile… and I have no answer yet if I will be able to transfer my presentations…
I will make sure to keep you guys updated on how this case turns out
