I subscribed to ProProfs to collect student responses for a time sensitive project. ProProfs lost 75% of my students’ responses, failed to call with a solution after promising to do so, failed to respond to my emails, and then refused to refund my subscription, even though I got no use out of the program whatsoever. Service is terrible, the tool is undependable, and the site doesn’t care. Cost me precious time and money.
