Bio

My name is Rotavia Armstrong and I am graduate student at Lamar University. I am originally from Katy, Texas where I attended Katy High School. I played volleyball, basketball and was a member of the show choir from 1992-1996. Before I received my Bachelors degree from Texas Southern University where I played volleyball, I also attended Paine College where I played volleyball and basketball. I have been a coach and PE teacher at my current school for the 11 years.

This is great tool because it takes the guessing out of the workouts. Students can use this app on their own and get in a good workout on the weekend or even with their friends and family.
