Faculty members at William & Mary are assigning their students video projects more and more. This easy to use, free tool allows students to post their videos to Youtube and give faculty members and peers the opportunity to comment on the videos in a granular way, embedding comments at specific points in the video.
I think there are better tools out there that do a variety of things
