Bio
Demystifying technology for education professionals is my passion. In my role as Technology Integration Specialist for the Lynnfield Public School district, opportunities abound to support teachers and administrators as they seek to reach all students. As an experienced middle and high school teacher, I understand the challenges teachers face in mixed-ability classrooms as well as the value of engaging students through technology. I live by the saying that “PD isn’t something you ‘get’, it’s something you ‘do”. Blessed by the amazing educators in my fabulous PLN I’m constantly challenged to improve. As a regular presenter at area educational technology conferences including the Christa McAuliffe Technology Conference, MassCUE, EdCamp and ASCD I enjoy learning from and sharing great stuff with fellow educational professionals.

Curriculet is a digital bookshelf that allows teachers to assign digital reading material with embeded questions, quizzes and annotations. Teachers can make use of existing “Curriculets” created from books in the public domain or create their own from any ePub or PDF. Teachers have a dashboard which allows them to track student progress and responses to questions and assessments.
