Spent over 10 days trying to set up this app after researching many apps for over a week. It promised so many things on the website from ease of use, to monitoring all social media apps. They lied! It took forever to set up the iTunes backup functionality, then to sync it to their relay app and pics never were downloaded. I requested an additional trial period, which they did extend for me due to the troubles, but before I was able to get all the data downloaded…they billed me the $290 lifetime fee. I emailed them and they said “sorry NO REFUNDS’ as it takes too long to process them. Too long? Refunds take a single-button click from their end, they just don’t want to. Taking your money and not providing a quality product is their agenda. This company doesn’t give a crap about security for your children, they just want you to purchase all their apps, bill you, and then keep you frustrated with their lack of Customer Support (it takes sometimes 48 hours to even get a response and they is no phone, only online chat). STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP AND COMPANY FOREVER. There are other options and I highly encourage you to use the others.
