BIOGRAPHY
Greg is a highly motivated and creative Australian teacher of English language with over nine years’ experience. He has assisted students of all ages in Australia, Brunei, China, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan, including two years at tertiary level. He is an accomplished professional skilled in planning, delivering and evaluating learning sequences with groups spanning a broad range of abilities. Additionally he has taught English academic preparation courses online with international students, and has been a course examiner for tertiary partner institutions.

As a compassionate practitioner he is able to work sensitively with students from different cultural backgrounds and possesses a good sense of humour.

In his current role he provides high quality language support to students in Pathway programs through the daily operation of the ‘English Club’, and targeted support for at risk students. He develops, plans and delivers a program of informal activities designed to allow students to practise English in a comfortable, non-threatening environment. He provides individual advice, support and counselling in regard to language skills. Finally, he supports students in the use of ICT for learning.

RESEARCH INTERESTS
Online course development and management, and the application of music and technology to English language learning.
