The majority of time when I need an image, I start with Pixabay. I usually find several images I can use. They are all of high quality. And I love that they are free to use and share!

Doodle is an easy tool to use for scheduling meetings, events, workshops, etc. I’ve used it many times for this purpose. It is simple to set up with as many options as you need for days and times. The recipient simply enters their name and clicks on their available dates and times, then submit. So, beginner level in technology use and skill is adequate.
