You use this tool as a way to get little girls interested in engineering and creating things. The strengths of this tool is it gives you a great visual of what the whole organization is about. I didn’t see a weakness to this. I wouldn’t customize this any differently. I would recommend it to a colleague because it is a great way to get girls more interested in STEM. The founder is very inspirational and she has a passion for what she does and if this was shared to more people then it would be spread around and inspire more girls to consider engineering.
